Maria Orozova | President & Creative Director
Maria is the President and Creative Director of the award-winning agency, The MOD Studio. Her repertoire includes more than a decade of experience developing successful advertising and branding campaigns for local and national clients. Her work has earned 16 ADDY awards & 23 American Graphic Design Awards and she was selected as one of the “2012 People to Watch” by Graphic Design USA Magazine. Maria is also a featured writer for elite publications such as Entrepreneur Magazine, Texas CEO Magazine and the Austin Business Journal. Always the entrepreneur, Maria also started MODpaper, a luxury couture invitation design studio, focused on one-of-a-kind custom designs. Then in 2012, she launched Fab is the New Black, a fashion and lifestyle blog as well as a virtual creative space for sharing ideas, inspirations, products and fab finds. In addition to her professional and volunteer duties, Maria also finds time to pursue a wide range of personal interests, including pilates, traveling and interior design.

Scott Thomas | Marketing Director
With a background working with such industry leaders as Accenture, American Express, AT&T, Bank of America, Cisco Systems, Citicorp, Dell, HP, IBM, Microsoft, Panasonic, Siemens, Yahoo and numerous high growth companies, Scott creates and executes our new go-to-market strategies, leads marketing and brand transformations and implements in-market programs for regional and national clients. Scott has also been a finalist at the Austin Under 40 Awards for the past 2 years and is the president of Austin's Habitat Young Professionals chapter. In his spare time, this nature-lover enjoys hanging out with his dog, Duke Basketball and is committed to visiting at least one new country each year.

Bianca Krause | Graphic Designer
Bianca’s introduction to graphic design began at age 15, while serving as resident yearbook nerd at her high school in small-town Whitney, Texas. Her early interest in art and typography led to a full-time obsession with visual communication that continued into her college years at the University of Texas at Austin. During these four years, Bianca built a strong repertoire of advertising and publication design, serving as in-house creative for a monthly news magazine and a daily print & online newspaper, and as Editor of the Cactus Yearbook where she managed the process from concept to production. At MOD, Bianca continues to pursue this design passion, creating an array of solutions for our clients from web design to branding, collateral and more. When she kicks that creativity into low gear, you'll find her snacking at Veggie Heaven, flipping through Communication Arts or shopping for new shoes at her favorite Austin boutiques. |

Callie Currier | Marketing Coordinator
Callie’s expertise lies in her passion for spinning straw into gold. As Marketing Coordinator for MOD, she loves to see ideas go through what she refers to as the “Chia Pet Cycle.” She enjoys taking an original concept (the ceramic hedgehog) and re-purposing it in a new and exciting way (full head of grass hair!). Callie graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Journalism & Mass Communication. While in school, she was able to kick start her marketing career as Social Media Manager for a Ticketing & Events company. She also pursued her love for talk radio by working at several major Austin stations. It’s this eclectic background that has forged her drive to keep people both engaged and entertained. When she gets some free time, Callie enjoys roaming Austin’s Greenbelt and listening to live Texas Country. |

Orlando Villarreal | Web Developer
Orlando is a technology enthusiast. He is constantly expanding his knowledge of new platforms, methods and releases to offer our clients innovative digital solutions. He uses a variety of languages like HTML5, CSS, PHP and jQuery to build everything from mobile apps to Wordpress plugins. His background in web development began at the University of Texas at San Antonio and Austin Community College where he gained extensive knowledge of web design and development. Following graduation, Orlando continued to pursue new development projects and began helping the next generation of web enthusiasts build their skills in the ACC tutoring department. |

Heather Sullivan | Junior Marketing Coordinator
Heather’s love for fashion, beauty and creativity started at a young age and has become her passion. Her love for creativity led her to pursue a degree in Corporate Communications and Business Foundations from the University of Texas at Austin. While in school, Heather ran her own business as a hairstylist and took on several internships where she gained insight into various innovative marketing practices. When she is not in work mode she enjoys spending time with her husband at the newest restaurant around town, cooking at home or hanging with their sweet dog Stella.

Trayce Conkle | Graphic Artist & Illustrator
Trayce received a BA with honors in Computer Graphic Design with a minor in Graphic Art. His clean and artistic style enhances his ability to execute spectacular identity and branding projects. With a rich background working for prestigious agencies and design studios, Trayce has produced a wide range of designs from corporate identity and direct mail to technical drawings, traditional non-digital illustrations, digital 3-D product, and scene modeling. When Trayce is not cranking out award-winning ideas, this technology enthusiast enjoys playing the guitar and cheering on the Texas Longhorns. |

Kelly Voelkel | Marketing Assistant
Client relations is Kelly's passion; he's been forging positive customer relationships all his life. Partnering with industry giants like Clear Channel, Emmis Communications and ABC to Austin locals like Independence Title and Taverna Restaurant has fine-tuned his sales and marketing expertise. Kelly's daily role at MOD is all about facilitating the optimum client experience. Whether he's keeping all the details in order or getting the word out, Kelly is focused on promoting brands. When he's not around the office, this self-proclaimed "foodie" enjoys exploring Austin's amazing wine haunts and restaurants. |
